As a Manager Operational Excellence, you will support the Operational Excellence department to transform Medgate International and the subordinated (country-)organizations to execute Medgate’s strategy.

Your challenges

  • Act as a SME in Transformation / Change & Lean- / Agile-methodology to setup an organizational architecture that supports Medgate’s strategy
  • Inspire and coach leaders / their departments to reach their goals and enable self-organized teams and employees to increase Medgate’s added value
  • Act as role model for the sort of behavior to encourage and embed the change needed
  • Collect and consolidate ideas from the line organization and support Medgate’s business units to increase efficiency of work, economic impact, and quality of outcome
  • Support and empower of the management, teams, and employees in the transformation to an agile organization / self-organized teams
  • Plan, manage and moderate optimization projects in interdisciplinary project teams such as value stream analyzes and coordinate the implementation of the measures

Your input

  • Advanced university or technical college degree in business (MBA), engineering, or a scientific discipline.
  • Familiar working with / in interdisciplinary and intercultural teams
  • Experience in leading projects with Lean / Agile-methodology and the corresponding project management methods
  • Experience as a trainer and coach within Leadership Development, Lean / Agile, Innovation and Design Thinking would be an asset
  • Profound understanding of the digital health domain, concrete experience with technology-related projects in a healthcare environment is a plus
  • Innovative mindset and enthusiastic about the possibilities offered by digitalization
  • Excellent communication, analytical and conceptional skills
  • Reliable, trustworthy, and personable
  • Can maintain orientation, focus, and poise in a highly dynamic environment
  • Fluent in German and English, both spoken and written, French is an asset
